Sanam received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. She received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and she received her Masters of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California as well. Sanam is admitted to practice in California State Courts.

Prior to forming Aghnami Law Group, Sanam worked as an employment defense attorney at some of the largest and most respected management-side employment law firms where she represented numerous large companies and defended businesses in all aspects of employment litigation, with a particular focus on complex wage and hour class action and PAGA matters. 

From her years of experience on the defense side, Sanam has invaluable insider knowledge of the strategies favored by large defense firms, which now she utilizes to obtain maximum relief for her clients.
