For Personal Injury cases, a case could be resolved within 12 months if a lawsuit is not required. Cases requiring a lawsuit to be filed could take an additional 12 to 24 months from the date a lawsuit is filed. 

For Employment cases, a case could be resolved within 12 to 24 months from the date a lawsuit is filed.

It is important to note that these numbers are just estimates and there are various factors that could shorten or lengthen this process. Our main goal is to fight for you until we maximize your recovery.

Depending on the nature of a case, each case is subject to a different deadline called a statute of limitations which can bar you from ever recovering compensation for your claims. Therefore, it is highly important that you contact us as soon as possible.

It is usually better for you to see your own doctors since your doctors are more familiar with your background. If you or someone you know recommends a doctor you should consider their recommendation. However, sometimes it might be difficult to find appointments. Moreover, many doctors don’t cooperate with a civil lawsuit. We know doctors with good reputation and we can assist you in finding the right doctors. 

We will contact you whenever there is an update on your case and we are always available to answer your questions regarding your case. Even if there is no updates on your case, we will regularly contact you to inform you about the status of your case. 

Yes, because your communication with us is privileged under the attorney-client privilege. The information that you share with us stays confidential even when our legal representation ends or if you do not retain our firm. Therefore, it is highly important that you share all relevant facts with us so we can fully evaluate your case.
